Employee Self Service with eHub

eHub is a web site customized with your company’s logo, colors and homepage text. eHub displays information stored within WinTeam, our core management system. There are two types of eHub users.
Employee users can:
- View & request changes to basic HR information, such as address, phone number and e-mail address
- Workflow intelligently routes these requests to the proper person in your organization for approval
- Changes can be automatically imported to employee’s master file in WinTeam
- View schedule
- View hourly benefit balances, such as available vacation time
- View & print pay stub
- View & print W2
- Check the status of a change request
Supervisor users can:
- View employee contact information
- View & modify schedules for payroll & billing
- View & print management reports
- Request additional coverage on behalf of customers
- Approve requested work from customers
