eHub is a web site customized with your company’s logo, colors and homepage text.  eHub displays information stored within WinTeam, our core management system. 

Your customers can log into eHub to:

  • View and print current and past invoices
    • Customers can receive invoices electronically via e-mail with a link to eHub
    • Track when your customers view invoices
  • View and print supporting documentation for invoices
  • View schedules for each job location
  • Request additional services or coverage

eHub uses workflow to ensure that requests from customers are not ignored.  Our highly customizable workflow program allows you to specify each step in the approval process, and further, define the people who are notified along the way.  Each account may follow a different process and may involve a different group of people.

  • Tolerances may be set to escalate requests if they are not addressed in a timely manner
  • Requests are routed intelligently based on the customer requesting the work
  • Customers can view a history of all requests along with a status of each request
