Doclink also contains a workflow component to route documents through a customized process that you define. CallQ is an automated, outbound calling program. It can be used to contact employees via telephone to fill open shifts, inform them of emergency information, or remind them about events. CallQ uses text to speech technology to announce a pre-defined script over the telephone.
