CreaTeam

For the experienced Microsoft Access© user, TEAM offers CreaTeam, a powerful add-on product that lets you create your own queries, files and reports using information from WinTeam. With this program, you “own” the contents of the database. Pull exactly the information you need and organize it to suit your company’s particular needs.

Doclink

Doclink, your virtual filing cabinet provides a link between WinTeam’s master files and scanned or stored images. Search and retrieve anything from employee documents, such as I-9 forms to vendor invoices. Doclink ensures that important documents do not get lost or accidentally destroyed. It’s also a great way to make sure sensitive documents are only viewed by those with proper security.

Doclink also contains a workflow component to route documents through a customized process that you define.  For example, if an Accounts Payable invoice is submitted for approval, it may route to a department manager first.  Upon approval by the department manager, the invoice could be routed to the Accounts Payable clerk for payment.  The workflow system is highly flexible to meet the needs of simple and complicated processes alike. 

CallQ

CallQ is an automated, outbound calling program.  It can be used to contact employees via telephone to fill open shifts, inform them of emergency information, or remind them about events.  CallQ uses text to speech technology to announce a pre-defined script over the telephone.

When utilizing CallQ to fill an open shift, the recipient of the call can accept or decline the shift without ever speaking to anyone in your office.  Upon acceptance of the shift, that employee will be automatically placed into the Personnel Scheduling program in WinTeam.  CallQ is also a great tool for recruiting employees to work special events. 

Query Scheduler

Query Scheduler was developed to provide customers with a way to extract specific information from WinTeam and distribute it automatically based on a pre-defined schedule via e-mail to designated recipients.  The possibilities are endless with Query Scheduler.  For example, you may ask it to e-mail a list of all new customers added within the month to your management team.  Your supervisors may appreciate a weekly e-mail with their employees’ vacation balances.  Some customers have also used it to identify set up mistakes, such as incorrect overtime methods assigned to employees in a particular state.  Query Scheduler comes with several pre-defined queries for use by your company.  We can also help you design customized queries to give you and your staff the information you need to manage your business effectively.
