TEAM offers many opportunities for existing customers to enhance their product knowledge. As your company hires new staff members or implements new areas and programs within WinTeam, we encourage you to take advantage of any of the following services.
All customers have access to a library of multi-media videos which provide a quick overview of certain programs and features.
TEAM updates and enhances its software products several times each year with new features and functionality. With each major update, TEAM conducts free webinars for end users to attend. These webinars provide attendees with details about the new features that will be available in the upcoming update.
Each month TEAM offers pre-scheduled online classes for existing customers. The schedule is published on our web site and in our monthly newsletter. These classes are “live” with interaction between the trainer and class attendees.
Periodically, TEAM travels the country to host multi-day regional training workshops. We have held workshops up and down both coasts, in Las Vegas and other points in the Midwest. Workshop topics are typically pre-defined and address several functional areas including operations, payroll and accounting.
Each year TEAM invites all customers to Omaha for a 3 day conference. Classes for every type of end user are offered along with industry roundtable discussions and an Executive Track. Client Conference is an excellent opportunity to meet all TEAM staff members and network with other customers. We always mix pleasure with business at this conference with fun events such as outings to the world famous Henry Doorly Zoo, baseball games and riverboat cruises.
