Payroll Tax Filing & Check Printing

By working with our diverse client base across North America and the Caribbean, we have realized that no two companies operate the same way.  Some companies choose to print payroll checks and mail them to employees.  Others would rather use direct deposit and post pay stubs online for employees to review.  Some companies prefer to report and deposit their own payroll taxes.  Others would rather rely on an outside party to assist them.  With TEAM, all of these options are available so that your company can select a method that best meets your needs.

If your company would like assistance with payroll tax filing and paycheck printing and distribution, TEAM offers the following services:

Check Printing & Distribution

• All payroll data resides in WinTeam, including employee information, hours worked, pay rates, payroll checks, etc.
• Payroll is processed through WinTeam’s Payroll Wizard
• The payroll check information is then exported to Check Printing Services through a special interface
• WinTeam’s General Ledger is updated with the information run through the Payroll Wizard for accurate and timely Job Costing
• Checks are printed and distributed to your employees according to your company’s specifications

Tax Reporting

• Employee & payroll data remains in WinTeam
• A Tax Filing report in WinTeam compiles and exports data to Tax Reporting Services
• Your staff will still have access to the information if needed (can run reports, view data in WinTeam)
• TEAM’s Tax Reporting Services will file all payroll tax returns
• TEAM customers can choose to print their own payroll checks yet utilize TEAM’s Tax Reporting Services
