Quality Assurance with WinTeam and eHub

TEAM’s integrated Quality Assurance program enables your company to deliver on the promise of quality service to your customers.  This program was designed for flexibility; allowing you to create customized inspections and survey questions for both customers and employees.  In addition to its flexible and easy-to-use features, the Quality Assurance module is tightly integrated with WinTeam, TEAM’s core workforce, operations and financial management system, and eHub, our employee and customer self service portals.
Create & Respond to Questions

  • Define Areas within a building
  • Define Survey Topics to Explore
  • Create a customized list of the Items you wish to inspect or review
  • Define Quality Objectives for Areas and Items
    • This is the desired score for the area or item
  • Weighting features can be used to increase the importance of an Area or Item
  • Reduce set up time by creating templates for multiple service locations
  • Responses can be captured in WinTeam or on the eHub Employee/Customer Self Service portals

Review Deficiencies
Deficiencies are created based on tolerances you define in the scoring system.  Deficiencies can be tracked for all service locations by Status
Deficiencies can be managed by:

  • Entering completion notes and closing the deficiency in WinTeam or eHub
  • Assigning or Creating a Work Ticket in WinTeam to schedule and complete the correction

Share Results

  • Results may be viewed on reports or via eHub Employee/Customer Self Service Portals
  • View results based on service location, Area Type, Item Type, or who responded to the questions
  • May view/print detail or summary reports
  • Create colorful graphs
