In the late 1980’s, a building service and security contractor in Omaha, Nebraska was looking for an industry-specific management system to help organize operations, streamline accounting processes and provide insight into profitability at each account. When a nation-wide search yielded no results, this company decided to design its own system.
After a very successful implementation, Frank Labedz, the Chief Financial Officer and core designer of the system, decided to start a new company to offer this management system to other contractors. Thus, in 1989, TEAM was formed.
Over the past 20 years, TEAM has continually evolved its products and services to meet the needs of its customers. While our customer base has grown significantly, our focus remains on providing excellent customer service to each and every customer.
Today, Mr. Labedz continues his involvement as TEAM’s President. The company serves hundreds of customers across North America and the Caribbean in the building services, contract security and various other industries. TEAM’s success is attributed to faithful dedication to designing practical, efficient solutions to its customers while providing outstanding customer service and support.
