Current Customer Support Satisfaction Ratings

Quality is very important to TEAM.  Quality not only applies to our software products but to services as well.  To ensure outstanding quality, customers are surveyed regularly.  They are questioned about the courtesy, knowledge and timely response from Software Support Analysts.  These surveys are then reviewed by the Support department weekly.  Results are also shared with the management team monthly.
