Training Satisfaction Ratings
Quality is very important to TEAM. Quality not only applies to our software products but to services as well. To ensure outstanding quality, customers are surveyed after each training session. They are questioned about the courtesy, knowledge and curriculum of the session. These surveys are then reviewed by the Training department. Results are also shared with the management team monthly.
