Personnel Scheduling

The Personnel Scheduling module is the heart of the Win Team management system. It allows you to:

• Schedule officers based on availability, qualifications and experience
• The Query screen, which is used to find available employees, can search for those who have minimal hours already scheduled to avoid unnecessary overtime
• After information from the schedule has been reviewed and approved, it is passed on seamlessly to the Accounts Receivable and Payroll modules. The integration of these modules eases the transition of information from Operations to Accounting, saving time and error in the billing and payroll processes

Accounts Receivable

Invoicing is a breeze with WinTeam’s Accounts Receivable module. Because of its tight integration with the Scheduling module, updating invoices only takes a few clicks of your mouse.

• Multiple invoicing frequencies available
• Flexible display options, such as showing shift time, employee name or employee type on the invoice
• Information flows directly into the General Ledger, updating Job Costing immediately

Accounts Payable

The Accounts Payable module is a great tool for tracking vendor pricing, purchase orders, invoices and payments.

• Store standard pricing quoted to you for each vendor
• Recurring invoices for standard weekly, monthly or quarterly payments, such as rent or lease payments
• Flexible Payment Wizard with extensive control over which vendors get paid and when

Payroll

Win Team ’s robust and easy-to-use Payroll module streamlines administrative processes by housing all important employee data.

• Supports payroll processing in all 50 states and Canada
• Payroll hours flow directly from schedules into the Timekeeping program for payroll batch creation
• Track important information by employee, such as absences, licensing and completed training classes

Human Resources

Since each company offers its own unique benefits packages, the Human Resource module was designed for ultimate flexibility.

• Design and customize any type of benefit, such as vacation pay, sick pay, or medical insurance
• Build different benefit packages to be offered to different groups of employees – you can even customize by job
• View benefit balances, for example, available vacation time, on the paycheck stub

Job Costing

WinTeam’s Job Costing module not only allows your company to enter and track important details about each account, but also provides a powerful on-screen job cost so that you may analyze profitability for each location you service.

• Track compliance tasks, such as state and company training requirements by job
• Perform detailed labor budgeting down to the post level
• Use WinTeam’s unique “tiers” in the job set up area to segment data based on manager, region, division or any department within your company
• Run detailed, on-screen job costing for a given time frame for one, several, or all jobs. Drill down capabilities help you identify problem areas or positive performance

General Ledger

WinTeam’s General Ledger is completely integrated with all other modules. Any transaction that occurs in WinTeam passes through the General Ledger and then on to job costing. There is no need to maintain a complicated interface to an outside General Ledger package.

Fixed Assets

The Fixed Assets module was designed to track equipment and asset depreciation.
