Account Management Program

All TEAM customers enjoy the services of a dedicated Account Manager. The Account Manager’s job is to ensure total customer satisfaction. Your Account Manager will begin monitoring your progress through implementation and training and then continue with regular follow-up after your company begins using its TEAM products. He or she will also always keep you informed of important developments at TEAM and how they affect your company. In addition, we ask that you use your Account Manager as your voice within our company. If you have suggestions about how we could improve our products or services, we ask that you communicate your ideas to your Account Manager so that he/she may pass those ideas on to our management team.
