AR Reports Added ability to group the Invoice Register Report by Tiers This allows for total customization of the report. Use the Tier Pattern Template to set up and save templates. This makes it easy to create a specific report each time you need one without recreating the criteria.
General Ledger New Import Budget feature You can now import budget information from a specially formatted .xls file. The import will create the header records. A header record consists of a unique Fiscal Year and Job Number combo. Then the system will create the details that go with the header and link the two based on budget ID.
GL Reports Added option to General Ledger Detail Report Added option to print either a Detail or Summary report. The summary report includes only the Debit/Credit (and Net Change, if selected) subtotals and beginning and ending balances. The Detail report includes transactions.
Human Resources Changes to the HR Benefit Setup Added read-only access to the HR Benefit Setup screen.
HR Reports Changes made to License/Expiration Report Added ability to select specific Employee Status options Added ability to select specific Employee Status options by changing the option group to check boxes. The Active status is selected by default.
Changes made to Compliance Status Report Added a new Category/Records criteria option for Compliance Groups Added a new Category/Records criteria option for Compliance Groups. You can now select a Compliance Group to limit the Compliance Codes that the report is being run for. For instance, you may have a Compliance Group set up that contains 10 different requirements for Jobs within California. By selecting the one group, the report will include all 10 Compliance Codes. (Prior to this update you would have to select each of the 10 Compliance Codes you wanted to include.) Added full Tier functionality to this report
Personnel Scheduling Added Check Qualifications button to PS Schedules Added Check Qualifications button to call the Post Qualification report from the PS Schedules screen. The default date range is based on the Working Schedule date or is blank if called from the Master Schedule. Scheduled Exceptions will be the default Type of Report, but you can change any existing default options. Users will be able to review which employees may not be in compliance anymore after the Schedules are rolled over.
Added new Category/Record filter in the Personnel Scheduling Wizard Added a new Employees Category/Record to allow updating Schedules for a particular employee. This could be necessary if you need to make an immediate payment because of employee termination pay and you are not ready to update the rest of the Schedules.
Added functionality to allow setting up a non-billable Job A new Do Not Invoice check box was added to the Bill Code Categories screen allowing you to indicate a Bill Code Category as non-billable. This Bill Code Category can then be set up in the Bill Codes By Job area for any Job that has Posts/Shifts that you do not want to invoice. When Schedules are updated through the Personnel Scheduling Wizard, any Posts/Shifts that are using a Do Not Invoice Bill Code Category will be excluded from being updated into the Billing Review and Edit area. The hours will update to Timekeeping for Payroll purposes.
