In November of 1991 after serving the contract security industry for several years in different capacities, Stan Moore decided to start his own company. The Louisville, KY market was primarily dominated by national companies at the time. Stan thought that he could fill a niche to offer more personalized service to those companies who were not satisfied with their bigger, national contractors. He was right. Moore Security has since prospered to become the leading provider of security officers in the markets it serves. Currently, the company employs 600 security professionals and provides outstanding service to the majority of Kentucky and southern Indiana.

Moore Security implemented WinTeam and CreaTeam in January of 2003. They currently host the software on their own network with 8 active concurrent users. We asked Mr. Moore a few questions about his company’s experience with TEAM:

Why did you switch to TEAM?
“We were experiencing many difficulties with the service aspect of our previous system.  We had an opportunity to meet TEAM at the ASIS convention and the relationship grew from there.  From day one, we had a very good feeling about the honesty and integrity of the TEAM staff.  To date, we can honestly say we have not been disappointed.  The product has met all of our needs and the service has exceeded our expectations.”

What has been the biggest benefit of using your TEAM products?
“The biggest benefit has been that the products have allowed us to concentrate on being a security provider.  Prior to TEAM, we felt we were managing our software package more often than the security company.  TEAM took us out of the software business.”

Additional comments:
“When we switched to TEAM, I can honestly say that I made a major decision that involved the majority of our staff without consulting with them.  Prior to the transition, I had several upset staff members due to the perception that there was going to be a painful and time consuming change.  TEAM visited our office, assisted with the transition and shortly after, several of the same staff members who had been upset thanked me for recognizing the problem and delivering the solution.   The product has been fantastic and the service sensational!  The name TEAM is truly representative of what TEAM Financial Management Systems has meant to Moore Security.”
