Company History

After a very successful implementation, Frank Labedz, the Chief Financial Officer and core designer of the system, decided to start a new company to offer this management system to other contractors. Thus, in 1989, TEAM Financial Management Systems was formed.

Today, Mr. Labedz continues his involvement as TEAM’s President. The company serves hundreds of customers across North America in the building services, contract security and various other industries. TEAM’s success is attributed to faithful dedication to designing practical, efficient solutions to its customers while providing outstanding customer service and support.
